Three Dots and a Dash’s in Chicago’s River North neighborhood is renowned for its modern tiki drinks in a retro Polynesian-island setting.  To showcase rum as a standalone spirit, Three Dots’ Beverage Director Kevin Beary (named one of StarChefs Rising Bartenders of 2018), has created a Rum Reserve menu featuring rare rums. Each simple cocktail is served in fine crystal glassware, and uniquely presented on a hammered bronze tray with a copper octopus.
