Lettuce Entertain You and Bon Appetit magazine are partnering with Grubhub for a new virtual restaurant concept.

Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises is expanding its virtual restaurant offerings for the second consecutive month in a big bet on delivery.

In a partnership announced today, Lettuce and Bon Appetit are teaming with Grubhub to serve Chicago residents with recipes curated from the food magazine. The menu will be available to lunch and dinner for residents of Lincoln Park, Lakeview and River North.

Items will include dishes like cider-braised pork shoulder with butternut squash and short rib skewers with peanut-chile oil and bok choy. The recipes were produced through a collaboration between Bon Appetit and Lettuce. Entrees are priced between $8.95 to $22.95.

Last month, Lettuce debuted its first virtual restaurant with Grubhub, with the concept offering flexible online ordering and delivery. The Chicago-based restaurant group said virtual restaurants allow chefs and owners to react quickly to capitalize on evolving food trends.

“For those times when you just don’t want to cook, we’re making our favorite things to eat right now available for delivery,” Bon Appetit Editor-in-Chief Adam Rapoport said in a release.

Like the other virtual restaurant Lettuce is operating, the food will be prepared at existing Lettuce kitchens at Stratford on the Park in Lincoln Park and another in River North. The menu is expected to change and shift depending on the season and availability of items.

“We’re excited to continue our partnership with Grubhub to offer some of Bon Appetit’s most beloved dishes for delivery in Chicago,” R.J. Melman, president of Lettuce, said in a statement.
