Eating gluten free doesn’t mean you have to give up the things you love. Yearning for pizza, pastries, bread, brownies or cake? Gluten-free diners can still enjoy all of these at Las Vegas’ many gluten-sensitive restaurants. And if you think gluten-free means giving up taste, these restaurants will give you a pleasant surprise.

Many Las Vegas restaurants now carry separate gluten-free menus, or designate which items on their menus are gluten-free. Always ask when being making reservations or being seated, and in most cases the restaurant will be glad to point out gluten-free options if they’re not already clearly noted. Finding restaurants with baked goods like pizza and desserts sometimes takes a little extra homework, but in Las Vegas, gluten-free options are popping up everywhere.

At Pizza Rock, the delicious gourmet pizza comes in several varieties, gluten-free included and clearly noted. The fun downtown pizza joint is a great stop if you’re exploring around Fremont Street.

Want something sweet? Several restaurants in town offer to-die-for gluten-free baked desserts, like Bonefish Grill at Town Square Las Vegas. Its gluten-free menu includes a decadent baked dessert: its Macadamia Nut Brownie. One bite and you may find yourself wishing all desserts were gluten free.

Whatever restaurant you decide on, the gluten-free baked goods at these 10 Las Vegas restaurants are sure to please even the most discerning diners.

MON AMI GABI

Just because you’re eating gluten free doesn’t mean you can’t dine at one of the Strip’s best restaurants. This affordable French bistro is one of many eateries in town that offers a separate gluten-free menu for guests to feast upon, including breads and desserts. In addition to expected items on the menu, like Vegetable Tagine, salmon, and filet mignon, other menu selections include favorites like the tasty Onion Soup au Gratin with Gruyère cheese and gluten-free croutons. There’s no need to skip dessert here: pick from choices like Crème Brulee with burnt vanilla custard, a warm chocolate flourless cake or chocolate mousse.
