Four acclaimed Chicago chefs to raise funds for mental health resources

Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde, S.K.Y.’s Stephen Gillanders, and Erling Wu-Bower of Eater Chicago’s 2018 Restaurant of the Year Pacific Standard Time will join Shaw’s chef Arnulfo Tellez at Shaw’s Crab House on October 1 to kick off the restaurant’s 31st Annual Oyster Fest with a four-course dinner and fundraiser for mental health services. Each will create an oyster-focused dish to contribute to the menu, and a portion of proceeds will go to Vibrant Emotional Health, an organization that operates mental health resources including the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Tickets are available online for $79.95 plus tax and include wine pairings.
