Everest is excited to open its doors on July 30 to offer guests a safe and delicious dining experience, complete with world-renowned French cuisine from award-winning Chef J. Joho and spectacular views of downtown Chicago from 40 floors up. While you can still expect the same memorable cuisine highlighting the finest seasonal fare and superb wine collection, some things have changed to ensure that we are able to offer you a safe dining experience.

Guests can order Chef Joho’s acclaimed seven-course degustation menu for $185 per person, plus tax or select from the four-course prix-fixe menus for $145 per person, plus tax.

Everest is known to have one of the best Alsatian wine lists in the country and to ensure that you can experience the wine that pairs most perfectly with Chef Joho’s dishes, a sommelier will call you ahead of your reservation to discuss preferences and pairings. This not only limits contact at the table, but gives you an exciting opportunity to personalize your dining experience!
Reservations are required to encourage distanced dining and can be made by calling 312-663-8920 or make a reservation at Everest online.

In addition to dining room reservations, which will be seated at 25% capacity, guests have the option to book one of the private rooms for a more intimate experience. The seven-course tasting menu is required in the private dining rooms and food and beverage minimums apply. For more information about the two private dining rooms available, email everestparties@leye.com.
