Bourbon dinner at Wildfire
If you’re a fan of bourbon, make reservations now for Wildfire Lincolnshire’s Beam Suntory Bourbon Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25. The $100 dinner starts off with stuffed shrimp scampi and honey-bourbon chicken meatballs paired with Jim Beam Black. Next up is Basil Hayden’s-brown sugar glazed Faroe Islands salmon with Basil Hayden’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The main course consists of roasted maple whisky rack of pork and Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky. End the meal with roasted apple crostata and Jim Beam Vanilla.
