Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ carryout- and delivery-only joint, which is attached to Oyster Bah, evokes the spirit of a Jersey Shore picnic with “boardwalk-style” chicken. The product is sourced from Miller’s Farm, brined, double-battered, and fried to order. It pairs nicely with chef Donny Farrell’s rotating selection of “four letter” hot sauces.
