23 Father's Day specials and all-you-can-eat feasts around Chicagoland
Brunch or maybe breakfast in bed is the default way to celebrate Mother’s Day, but it can be a lot harder to figure out a way to show your appreciation for Dad. Luckily, these 23 Chicago and suburban spots are making your Father’s Day planning easier by offering menu specials, games, gifts and all-you-can-eat feasts.
All of these events are June 16 unless otherwise noted, and reservations are recommended.
Booth One. Come for brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and share mini muffins and scones followed by your choice of appetizer and entree including tomato soup, smoked salmon, French toast and steak and eggs for $40. The Gold Coast restaurant also offers a $55 three-course dinner from 4-9 p.m. featuring tuna tartare, beef Wellington and chocolate coconut cake. Bub City. A special Father’s Day meat platter offers dads their choice of barbecue dishes, including brisket, bone-in short rib and lamb ribs, plus two sides for $32.95. You can also enjoy live music and take a trip to the DIY bloody mary bar.
