If binge-watching season two of “Master of None” left you craving a negroni, you’re in luck. From June 5-11 you can try creative spins on the classic bitter Italian cocktail –which typically blends Campari, gin and vermouth – at 85 Chicago spots as part of the fourth annual Negroni Week. In case you need another excuse to drink, the bars will also be making donations to charity. We picked 10 great spots to visit, but you can find the full list at

Il Porcellino

The Peanut Butter & Jelly Negroni puts a nostalgic spin on the cocktail with peanut-infused gin, red berry jam-washed Campari, vermouth and toasted pecan bitters ($13). You can also try one of the four negronis on River North restaurant’s regular menu including the rum-based Jamaican negroni and the Negroni Sbagliato which features aperol, vermouth and prosecco.
