Join Wildfire and Duckhorn Wine Company for two very special wine dinners this month at Oak Brook on Monday, February 27 and Chicago on Tuesday, February 28. Enjoy five courses of Wildfire’s cuisine prepared by our Executive Chefs and perfectly paired with the exceptional wines of Duckhorn Wine Company. Experience Pan Roasted Herb Crusted Salmon Medallions paired with Migration Russian River Valley Chardonnay and Grilled Prime Rib Steak paired with Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley Merlot, plus many other delicious pairings. Guest speaker A.J. Freeman from Duckhorn Wine Company will be on hand to discuss the evening’s pairings. The evening begins with a reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. and is priced at $100.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
