Global Wine Dinner at Wildfire Eden Prairie
Take a delicious journey through Italy, Spain, New Zealand, Argentina and Canada on Thursday, February 23! Exquisite wines from around the world will be featured with five remarkable courses prepared by Executive Chef Tom Gladbach, including Broiled Mussels on the Half Shell paired with Ruffino Prosecco from Italy and Char Crusted Ahi Tuna paired with Martín Códax Albariño from Spain, plus many other delicious pairings. Wildfire Wine & Spirits Director, Brad Wermager, will be on hand to discuss the differences in grape varietals and the distinct complexities of tastes and styles. Reception begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. and is priced at $65.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
