Sparkling Wine Dinner at Wildfire Glenview

Enjoy all things bubbly at our Sparkling Wine Dinner at Wildfire Glenview on Tuesday, February 7! Enjoy an assortment of sparkling wines from France, Spain and Italy, each paired with four delicious courses created by Wildfire Executive Chefs Moreno Espinoza and Rodrigo Torres. Guest speaker, Jeanne Stiles, Tenzing Wine & Spirits Guide, will be on hand to discuss the featured sparkling wines from around the world. Chefs will prepare House Cured Duck Prosciutto Panini paired with Sonim NV Brut Cava Methode Champenoise and Hot Smoked Loch Duart Salmon paired with Chateau Moncontour NV Sparkling Brut, and much more. The dinner is priced at $65.00 per person plus tax and gratuity and will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m.
