Wildfire Chicago hosts Farmers' Market Wine Dinner Featuring Nichols Farm and Seedling Fruit

Join us as Wildfire, Nichols Farm and Seedling Fruit team up to create a memorable five course dinner highlighting fresh local ingredients. Each course prepared by Executive Chefs Moreno Espinoza and Edgar Ojeda will be paired with a hand selected wine from Wildfire’s very own wine list. Guest speakers Peter Klein, owner of Seedling, and a Nichols Farm family member will be on hand to discuss the seasonality of the evening’s menu and the importance of buying produce from local farms. The dinner is priced at $65.00 per person and begins with a reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 20.
