Chef David DiGregorio welcomes one of his favorite times of the year—local heirloom tomato season—with a litany of menu items presenting a multitude of varieties in thoughtful Italian-inspired preparations. Throughout the month you can enjoy the best of the season in flavorful menu items including Mix of Heirlooms Caprese Salad with hand-pulled mozzarella, olive oil and torn basil ($6.95); an Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta ($7.95); and Cherry Tomato Whole Wheat Cappellini with garlic, olive oil and parmesan ($6.95 side/ $12.95 full).
