National Tree Planting Day at Ben Pao

April 1 is China's National Tree Planting Day, and for every Treetini ordered, a tree will be planted in honor of each guest and a special donation will be made to rainforest preservation. In addition, diners will be able to add a living symbol of their personal hopes and dreams to Ben Pao's Fortune Garden. Every Treetini will be served on a plantable coaster. Guests will write down their desires whether for prosperity, longevity, or happiness on the coasters, which are made from 100% post-consumer waste and embedded with wild flower seeds. Ben Pao will then plant the coasters in their Fortune Garden, located on the outdoor café, and nourish them for luck as they grow to become a beautiful and beneficial part of the urban environment.

The Treetini, available for $11.00 each, is made with seasonal local herbs and ingredients that are infused with Veev acai spirit, fresh-squeezed juices and house-made syrups.
