Cooking Classes at Mon Ami Gabi Chicago and Reston

Our Executive Chef teaches you to create the French Classics!

Learn how to prepare a three-course, French-inspired menu at Mon Ami Gabi on Saturday, March 20 at 10:00 A.M. in Reston and 1 P.M. in Chicago. Our Executive Chef will teach you how to prepare a three-course lunch featuring the French Classics such as: Frisée & Bacon Salad with soft-poached egg & croutons, Classic Coq Au Vin with pommes purée and Bananas Foster Crêpe served with vanilla ice cream, bananas & foster sauce. The class will consist of a cooking demonstration and a three-course lunch served with French wine pairings. The event will conclude with take-home recipes from the cooking class and a special surprise take-away gift from Mon Ami Gabi! The event is priced at $40 all inclusive.
