Wildfire Chicago and the Shedd Aquarium Team Up for Sustainable Seafood Wine Dinner
Join us at Wildfire Chicago on Friday, March 12 for our very first Sustainable Seafood Wine Dinner. Wines from Wildfire are hand-selected by Wine and Spirits Director Brad Wermager and perfectly paired with a four course menu using only sustainable seafood created by Executive Chefs Moreno Espinoza and Edgar Ojeda. Guest speaker Kim Stakal, Shedd Aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Educator, will be on hand to offer her insights on environmentally friendly fish farming or catching and the news and views from the Shedd Aquarium.
