Visit Don & Charlie’s During Spring Training

Take me out the ballgame…or simply come to Don & Charlie’s! Spring Training starts on March 3 and all of Arizona will be buzzing with ball players and fans from across the country. After a long day at the ball park come into Don & Charlie’s and celebrate the season with other fans just like you!

Since 1981, Don & Charlie’s has been catering to locals and visitors alike looking for a taste of the Midwest. Guests enjoy Prime steaks, BBQ ribs and chicken, burgers and other steak house favorites while surrounded by 742 signed baseballs (over 70 hall of famers), 732 signed magazine covers, 83 signed footballs and numerous bats, jerseys and photographs. The memorabilia has been collected over the years by Don Carson and every single item there has a story (just ask Don and he will be happy to share the history with you). The entire collection, except for the Babe Ruth signed baseball, has been donated or gifted to Don himself.
