Cooking Classes at Mon Ami Gabi Bethesda and Reston

Learn how to prepare a three-course French-inspired meal from a master! Our Executive Chef will teach you his tricks of the trade at Mon Ami Gabi. Indulge in the French Classics: Frisée & Bacon Salad with soft-poached egg, and croutons, Classic Coq Au Vin with pommes purée and Bananas Foster Crêpe served up with vanilla ice cream, bananas, foster sauce, served with his chosen French wine pairings! You’ll leave with more than an insider’s know-how and a satisfied appetite. We’ll include recipes for duplicating the dishes in your own kitchen and a booklet to expand your wine knowledge. Each session costs $40 (tax & gratuity included). The class takes place on February 20th in Bethesda & Reston.
