Taste the menu from our Executive Chefs Edwin Amaya & Moreno Espinoza, as they prepare and personally present a custom gluten-free four-course dinner with gluten-free beer pairings.  Guests will enjoy a first-course of Pan Seared Peppercorn Ahi Tuna paired with new Belgium Glutiny Golden Ale, followed by a main-course of White Truffle Crusted Filet Medallion paired with Stone Brewing Delicious IPA, plus two additional gluten-free courses.
