The highly acclaimed TRU is a creation of a highly skilled team of chefs.  Executive Chef and Partner Anthony Martin prepares diverse, often unique, culinary masterpieces in three-course prix fixe or multi-course collection tasting menus.

Beauty at TRU is found not only in the cuisine, but also in the atmosphere. A world-class collection of tableware complements the artfully conceived fare in a setting punctuated by museum-quality art along with music set in perfect harmony with the ambiance.

    Valentine’s Luxury Collection at Tru

    Allow Tru to set your heart aflutter on Valentine’s Day, Tuesday, February 14, with two tasting menus comprised of multiple interactive dishes designed to surprise and delight. Available at $185 for the eight-course Chef’s Collection and $225 for the eight-course Valentine’s Luxury Collection, Chef Anthony Martin’s elegant Coral Caviar presentation will also be available throughout the evening.
