TRU offers a dining experience marked by elegance and luxury. The restaurant is built around gastronomic creations, impeccable service and highly stylized décor. Dedicated teams of servers aim to surpass the expectations of guests while offering fine dining with a sense of humor. From the sophisticated main dining salon to the comfortable and stylish lounge, staff anticipate and fulfill the desires of every guest. An on-premises Wine Director provides counsel on the restaurant’s 1,700-bin list, including wines from every region of the world.

The highly acclaimed TRU is a creation of chef/partner Rick Tramonto and executive pastry chef/partner Gale Gand. A highly skilled team of chefs under the guidance of executive chef Tim Graham prepares diverse, often unique, culinary masterpieces in three-course prix fixe or multi-course collection tasting menus. Pastry chef Meg Galus delights guests with her outstanding and novel dessert creations.

Beauty at TRU is found not only in the cuisine, but also in the atmosphere. A world-class collection of tableware complements the artfully conceived fare in a setting punctuated by museum-quality art along with music set in perfect harmony with the ambiance.
