Led by sushi chef, Naoki Nakashima, Naoki Sushi is a playful mix of contemporary and classic Japanese cuisine and sushi in a casual, intimate, speakeasy-style space tucked behind the kitchen of Intro. The menu features traditional nigiri and sashimi as well as “Naoki” specialty dishes that are adventurous and unique. Quality and technique are key here – the dishes are prepared with utmost care, attention to detail and outstanding ingredients. The beverage program perfectly pairs bold cocktails, artisan sake and select beers to the menu. When you step into Naoki, you truly feel that you have been transported to some place special.
