    As the seasons change and the fall weather brings cooler temperatures, things are heating up in Las Vegas at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant! The last months have been very exciting as our very own Chef Joho appeared on Top Chef: Las Vegas and debuted our new Sunday Jazz Brunch. As we move into winter, we are offering an array of wonderful culinary treats and holiday cheer that includes ringing in the new year from the best seats on the Strip!
