WGN Lunchbreak with Mity Nice's Larry Donahue

This is a classic dish with a Mity Nice twist. We take a very tender and flavorful pot roast with some roasted root vegetable and wrap it in a puff pastry and serve it with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy. A pot roast is simply a method of braising -- cooking in liquid to ensure moistness in the final product.
