Get a Seafood Education from Michael Barron of Shaw's

When scouring the food landscape for entertaining yet educational interviews, one only needs to look in their backyard.  Tenured server Michael Barron of Shaw’s Crab House in Schaumburg, IL redefines the term “knowledgeable waiter” with a passion for sophistication done unostentatiously.  So it is now that I confess, my seafood comprehension fails in comparison to Michael but I do however adore seafood concoctions on a critical scale.

This interview is different then any I have ever done in that my knowledge on the subject is average to say the least.  So in haste Michael takes my culinary hand and guides me through a seafood education that I sorely need.
