Get a Holiday Pie and Fight Hunger Too

If you're looking for a holiday dessert, you can order a pie from Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab (60 E. Grand Ave., 312-379-5637) and help the Greater Chicago Food Depository a bit.

The pies, in flavors such as chocolate fudge (pictured), sweet-potato pecan, Boston cream, Key Lime and old-fashioned apple, cost $29.95. For every pie ordered, Joe's will kick back $1 to the GCFD, then match the accumulated donations with an additional dollar-for-dollar donation. See complete story here.
