* Lettuce Gift Cards are available for purchase at all Lettuce restaurants except Big Bowl Chinese Express locations, Eiffel Tower, Everest, L2O, Magic Pan and Tru. However, our gift cards can be used at all Lettuce restaurants included those listed above (except the Big Bowl Chinese Express locations).

Can I purchase a Lettuce Gift Card at Maggiano's Little Italy?

Only the six Maggiano's locations within Illinois (Chicago, Naperville, Oak Brook, Schaumburg, Skokie and Vernon Hills) sell Lettuce Gift Cards. Maggiano's locations outside of Illinois do not sell Lettuce Gift Cards but they will accept them.

Yes. A gift message can be printed on a message card for your gift recipient at no additional charge.

What is the online e-greeting?

For orders placed online, Lettuce offers the ability to send an e-greeting to your gift card recipient. An e-greeting is a greeting that is delivered to your gift recipient's email address to alert them that a Lettuce Gift Card is being sent to them. We welcome you to take advantage of this service and write a message to your gift recipient and choose from a variety of e-greeting designs.

My gift recipient did not receive the e-greeting, what now?

E-greeting emails are generated automatically when your order is submitted. If your gift recipient did not receive their e-greeting, have them check their junk/spam folder. Because they are generated automatically, these emails are sometimes filtered by strong spam filters or blocked altogether by strong servers.

Confirmation emails are generated automatically when your order is submitted. If you did not receive a confirmation email, first check your junk/spam folder. Because they are generated automatically, these emails are sometimes filtered by strong spam filters or servers. If you did not receive the email in your junk/spam folder, please contact the Gift Card Team at 888-884-4438 for further assistance.

How are the gift cards packaged?

Each Lettuce Gift Card is carefully packaged in our premium gift envelope. This gift envelope contains a message card with room to write a message for your gift recipients and also a list of all of our restaurants. Your order is placed in a tamper-proof padded envelope to ensure a safe delivery.
