Corporate and large-scale private purchases of Lettuce Gift Cards are available at discounted prices on amounts of $5,000 and greater. They are available only from our Corporate Office, not through the restaurants or Internet orders.
Discount pricing begins at $5,000
• 5%.........$5,000.00 – $9,999.00
• 10%.......$10,000.00 – $24,999.00
• 15%........$25,000.00 and above
Discounts are awarded as additional Gift Cards. For example, if you were to order $5,000 in Gift Cards you would receive $250 in additional Gift Cards. The additional Gift Cards are in $25, $50, and $75 and $100 denominations of your choosing. Like all Lettuce Gift Cards, they are good as cash in any Lettuce restaurant for regular meals and carryout orders. Lettuce Gift Cards cannot be used as payment for private parties, outside catering or delivery payments.
