There's a one time $25 enrollment fee. After your first visit to a Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant we will credit your Rewards Card $10. Another $10 will be credited after your second visit. An additional $10 will credited after your third visit.
For members outside Illinois, pay a one-time enrollment fee of only $10. Then after you’ve used your Frequent Diner Card one time, we’ll automatically credit your Rewards Card with $10 to reimburse your enrollment fee (no points will be deducted from your account).

Since 1971, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc. has grown to own, license, partner or manage over 70 restaurants in Illinois, Arizona, Minnesota, Nevada and other states. Because the concentration of Lettuce restaurants are in the Chicago area, Frequent Diner members have the opportunity to visit more locations, and thus earn more points and rewards.
First, you'll earn more points per dollar spent: 1.25 for Silver, and 1.5 points per dollar spent for Gold. Second, you'll be that much closer to being able to redeem your points for special rewards (click here to view the rewards). And third, Gold Level Members receive Priority Reservation privileges at Lettuce restaurants.
Absolutely, but you must be an active Frequent Diner member before you sign the contract. It's a great way to build up points fast. You will receive points for the food and beverage total. (Silver and Gold bonus points are not awarded for parties). A few restrictions apply, so check your Program Terms & Conditions.
You have a couple of options: Choose to bank your points for the calendar year and save them to redeem for premium rewards or we will automatically add dollars to your Rewards Card.

You may choose to bank your points until the end of the calendar year (January 1 to December 31) to save for premium rewards. Choose the banking option on your online profile. All points must be redeemed at the end of the year. If you have not reached 1,400 or more points by December 31, your points will automatically be redeemed and credit will be transferred to your Rewards Card. If you have not redeemed your points by December 31, you will receive a letter outlining your options.
Sure! To register a Secondary Account Holder in your household, add their name and we'll send their Membership Card in about two weeks.
