Join us as Executive Chef James Woodfork demonstrates how to make a variety of maki, sashimi and nigiri, while Wine & Spirits Director Brad Wermager shows how to shake up refreshing cocktails, all while guests enjoy a four-course menu. The evening features a first-course of Sweet Chili Salmon Hand Rolls paired with mango Rickey, followed by a main-course of Vegetable & Tofu Tempura paired with Fresh Lime Margarita, plus two additional courses. The event begins with a reception of passed appetizers with the first pairing at 6:30 p.m., followed by the seated dinner at 7:00 p.m. and is $65 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
