Giesen Wine Dinner

Enjoy an evening of New Zealand wines as Executive Chef James Woodfork prepares and presents a four-course menu paired with Giesen Wines. Guests will enjoy a first-course of Bacon Wrapped Scallops paired with Giesen “Clayvin” Chardonnay, NZ ’13, followed by a main-course of Seared Ahi Tuna paired with Giesen “Clayvin” Pinot Noir, NZ ’13, plus two additional courses. Neal Sachman, Pacific Highway Wine & Spirits Senior Team Leader will join us as guest speaker to discuss the evening’s pairings. The event begins with a reception of passed appetizers and the first pairing at 6:30 p.m., followed by the seated dinner at 7:00 p.m. and is priced at $85 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
