Enjoy a Friday night fish fry, Wildfire style. Our Executive Chef Luis Trujillo has created a custom four course menu, each paired with a variety of craft brews from Bear Republic, Boulevard, Southern Tier and Revolution Brewing. We’re starting the evening with Crawfish Boil and Hush Puppies paired with Bear Republic Red Rocket Ale and the star of the night, Beer Battered Lake perch, paired with Southern Tier Unearthy IPA. Guest Speaker, Phil Stubstad, Resident Beer Expert & Wildfire Manager, will be on hand to discuss the evening’s pairings. The dinner is $50.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
