Learn to prepare fiesta favorites and signature cocktails! Executive Chef Saul Garcia will be teaching the skills you need to make a Prickly Pear Frozen Margarita, Paloma with grapefruit and mint, Quesadilla with butternut squash, epazote and chile, Housemade Chorizo Tacos with roasted poblano and Buñuelos with caramelized pineapple. You’ll get to enjoy each dish and drink for lunch, and receive a complimentary recipe booklet to recreate the signature menu items at home. The event is priced at $30 per guest, plus tax (gratuity not included).
