Chinese New Year Beer Dinner

Join us to celebrate the Chinese New Year! The evening features a five-course menu with craft beer pairings. Executive Chef Raul Gutierrez will prepare a first-course of Traditional Chinese Beef Noodle Soup paired with Sapporo Lager, followed by Crispy Firecracker Chicken paired with Two Brothers Cane & Ebel Red Rye Ale, plus two additional courses. Brad Wermager, Big Bowl’s Wine & Spirits Director, will join us as guest speaker to discuss the evening’s pairings.
