On Wednesday, June 21, the rematch of Battle of the Bar's is back at Oyster Bah’s Low Tide Lounge. Christina Smith of Oyster Bah and Steve Tindle of Roka Akor will create four rounds of cocktails, paired with a menu of seafood-centric dishes designed by Chef Pete Balodimas.
Diners will score each cocktail on taste, originality, and use of the secret ingredient. At the end of the night, a champion will be declared between Oyster Bah and Roka Akor. The winner gets $1,000 in Oyster Bah gift certificates donated to the charity of their choice: the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for Roka Akor or Cradles to Crayons for Oyster Bah.
Battle of the Bars costs $48 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included) and begins at 6:30PM. Space is limited and reservations are required.
