Enjoy an evening of New Zealand wines as Executive Chef James Woodfork prepares and presents a four-course menu paired with Giesen Wines. Guests will enjoy a first-course of Bacon Wrapped Scallops paired with Giesen “Clayvin” Chardonnay, NZ ’13, followed by a main-course of Seared Ahi Tuna paired with Giesen “Clayvin” Pinot Noir, NZ ’13, plus two additional courses.
