Giesen Wine Dinner

Restaurant Locations: 

Enjoy an evening of New Zealand wines as Executive Chef James Woodfork prepares and presents a four-course menu paired with Giesen Wines. Guests will enjoy a first-course of Bacon Wrapped Scallops paired with Giesen “Clayvin” Chardonnay, NZ ’13, followed by a main-course of Seared Ahi Tuna paired with Giesen “Clayvin” Pinot Noir, NZ ’13, plus two additional courses. Neal Sachman, Pacific Highway Wine & Spirits Senior Team Leader will join us as guest speaker to discuss the evening’s pairings.

Chef's Cooking Class

Restaurant Locations: 

Chef James Woodfork presents a grill-inspired menu that will be enjoyed outdoors. Class will transition into a sit-down lunch, paired with a glass of red or white wine. The cost is $29.95 per person plus tax (gratuity not included). Classes fill up quickly, so please reserve your spot by calling 630-368-9400.

Join us for a Mother's Day Brunch buffet featuring a cold seafood station with Alaskan King Crab, fresh oysters and assorted sushi, a carving station with slow-roasted Prime Rib, bone-in Niman Ranch Ham and Vermont Turkey, a custom omelette and waffle station, traditional breakfast items, and more. To finish, head over to the make-your-own Sundae bar, or enjoy the miniature pastries and made-to-order Cinnamon Beignets. Champagne and mimosas are included.
