(Chicago) - Welcome to Seaside’s - a carryout and delivery concept launching on Monday, March 13th from the team behind Oyster Bah in Lincoln Park. Seaside’s will be serving up a menu focused on fried chicken, slow-cooked BBQ ribs, fresh Maine lobster, and sides - all fit for sharing. The restaurant evolved from the childhood memories of Oyster Bah and Shaw’s Crab House Partner Bill “Seaside” Nevruz.

The Rustic Trattoria From Lettuce Entertain You Opens This Spring
We are excited to welcome our newest restaurant, Intro, to the Lettuce Entertain You family. Located in the former L2O space, Intro will introduce up-and-coming culinary talent from across the country to Chicago beginning in February 2015. For two - three months, a guest chef will work with Lettuce Entertain You founder Rich Melman and Chef / Partner Matthew Kirkley to transform the space into a concept of their own. Los Angeles based and Top Chef alum CJ Jacobson will be the first chef in-residence starting in February.
